HouseRaidPH is the real estate brand of Angie Mercado, Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC License No. 36655), based in Lipa City, Batangas. We process personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

2. What we collect

Details you give us through our forms, Messenger or calls: name, mobile number, email, the property you are interested in, budget, preferred location and your message. For sellers: property location, type, estimated price and areas. We also collect basic website analytics.

To know which posts and ads bring visitors, the site remembers the link that first brought you here (for example a Facebook or TikTok ad) in a first-party cookie for 30 days, and attaches it to any inquiry you send. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only if you accept cookies in the banner; you can change this any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule viewings, match you with suitable properties, market a property you ask us to sell, and meet legal obligations for real estate transactions. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Only as needed to serve you: property owners or developers for a transaction you pursue, and service providers that host our website and forms, under confidentiality.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
